What Handled is

Handled is a service that helps UK tradespeople manage leads, quotes and reviews through WhatsApp. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

Free trial

Each Handled product comes with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start. After the trial period, a subscription fee applies. We will be in touch with details before any charge is made.

Your access

Handled is connected to the WhatsApp number you give us during setup. You’re responsible for keeping that number secure and telling us straight away if you lose access to it.

How the service works

Handled connects to your WhatsApp number and, depending on which products you use, sends messages and emails to your customers on your behalf. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide — for example, job details you include in a voice note for a quote.

We use automated tools including AI to process voice notes, generate quote content and create social posts. You have the opportunity to review content before it is sent where the product allows.

Cancellation

Reply to any Handled email or text CANCEL to the Handled number. We’ll confirm by SMS within a working day. No notice period, no fee.

Service availability

We aim to keep Handled running reliably, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available without interruption. We will let you know in advance of any planned maintenance where possible.

Limitation of liability

Handled is provided in good faith. We are not liable for any loss of business, missed leads or other indirect losses that arise from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Handled develops. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
